Eggplant is a very useful product. In any case, the internet thinks so. To be honest, the taste of aubergines with cheese and garlic is something incredible. It is always better to start with very simple recipes, so today we prepare eggplant with cheese and garlic. The advantage of this recipe is that it requires the very minimum of products. The only thing that may not be in the average refrigerator - the aubergines themselves.
- Eggplant - 1 piece;
- Tomatoes - 1 or 2 depending on the size;
- Cheese - about 150 grams;
- Garlic - 2-3 denticle (I love more sharply);
Cut the aubergine into rings (it is possible and longitudinally). Put in water for X minutes to get rid of the possible bitterness.
Tomatoes, too, cut into rings, grate the cheese on a small grater, and chop the garlic finely or squeeze it through a garlic.
Stir the cheese with garlic and mayonnaise.
Eggplants get out of the water and well dipped with a paper napkin. Top with a little salt, wait for the juice to separate and again dipped. On top of the eggplants sprinkle with olive oil, put the tomato slice and sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Place on parchment paper.
