Cinnamon rolls. The recipe with the photo.
Are you familiar with the famous Cinnabon caffeine network? If you were able to go there, then you certainly tasted delicious buns with cinnamon and cream. Let's try to do something similar at home. Get delicious, though not at 100% identical to the purchase. Well, there's time to try out different recipe options. Nevertheless, here this variant is quite good.
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.);
- 2,5 teaspoons active dry yeast;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 a glass of softened oil;
- 4,5 a glass of flour (roughly, can go out and more);
- 1 / 2 cup of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
- 1 glass of brown sugar;
- 4 + tablespoons of cinnamon;
- You can take another chocolate paste;
- 7-8 tablespoons of softened butter;
- 1 glass of powdered sugar;
- 1 / 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
- 1 / 4 a glass of cream cheese.
Let's start with the test. It is done very simply, although not quickly, because it will be necessary to let it stand.
In warm milk, add 2,5 teaspoons of yeast and leave for 10 minutes. As a result, the milk will be covered with a characteristic "foam"
While the milk is infused, mix the flour, beaten eggs, 3 / 4 a glass of soft butter, 1 / 2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla sugar.
Stir the mixture, gradually adding milk. If the dough does not turn out strong enough, you need to add more flour. In the end, something should come about 4,5-5 glasses.
Finish the dough into a bowl, cover with food wrap and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Roll the dough into a thin rectangle measuring about 40 * 55 cm.
For sprinkling, mix an 1 glass of brown sugar and 4 tablespoons of cinnamon. In principle, cinnamon can be taken more depending on how saturated the taste you want to get in the end.
Roll out the dough with 1 / 3 a glass of soft oil and sprinkle it evenly with a dry mixture. On the edges leave on 1-2 cm without sprinkling.
If you want to add chocolate pasta, then first cover with chocolate, and then sprinkle with the mixture.
Next, roll the dough over the long side. Try to make the bundle as tight as possible, then the buns will not fall apart. Unpoured edges can be used as an "adhesive", previously lubricating them lightly with water.
Twist the dough into separate buns and lay them in a deep baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Send the buns to the oven at a temperature of 175S for 30 minutes approximately.
For a couple of minutes until ready, cover the buns with cream and put them back in the oven again.
To prepare the cream, combine the curd cheese, 7-8 tablespoons soft oil, 1 st. powdered sugar and 1 / 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Stir well. If you do not really like oil cream, take more cheese and less oil.
That's all, buns are ready. Hot they are the most delicious, so I advise you to immediately taste it. These ingredients were enough for a whole bun roll, so in principle the recipe is very economical. Bon Appetit!
