Хочу заметить, что этот чудесный тортик очень прост в приготовлении и не требует запекания, если кто-то не ладит с духовками. Кроме того, с ним вы можете проявить свои творческие способности и превратить в съедобную картину из ягод или фруктов…

You will need:

  • 400 gr most simple cookies (you can use "Jubilee" or "To coffee");
  • 100 g of butter (if you are on a diet, you can add oil less);
  • 500 gr of cottage cheese;
  • 1 sachet of gelatin (25 gr);
  • 1 a bag of jelly with a taste of fruit or berries to taste;
  • Canned or fresh fruit, berries.

Cooking process:

First we will prepare the basis. To do this - grind the cookies in sand crumbs and add the melted butter, mix and place it in a mold, press it firmly against the bottom and sides of the mold, after which we put it in the refrigerator.

We need cottage cheese stuffing. Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of hot water and add it to the curd mass. If you use cottage cheese, then for sweetness you need to add a little sugar. Mix well the curd mass and pour into the mold onto the frozen cookie crumb.

And now there is room for imagination. We take any fruits or berries, we put them on the frozen cottage cheese and fill the jelly dissolved in hot water. Usually I use fresh oranges with jellies of the same taste or canned peaches with apricots.

After all this beauty was filled with jelly, we send it to the refrigerator for several hours until it is completely frozen.
