How to make a rainbow Easter egg from jelly. The recipe with the photo.
Easter is one of those holidays that many families celebrate at a rich table with a lot of different dishes. This year, you have a chance to surprise those who are going to celebrate with you, an interesting and original dessert. You can decorate it in the form of a rainbow Easter egg.
You will need:
- Plastic detachable eggs (for example: kinderarskpriz);
- instant jelly of different colors (gelatin, berry juice, vanillin, sugar, food colors);
- A medical syringe without a needle;
- Vegetable oil;
- Whipped cream;
- Cardboard stands from ordinary eggs;
At the top of the plastic egg, make a hole with a drill.
Remove all plastic chips after drilling so that they do not get into the food. Wash thoroughly, rinse and dry plastic eggs.
Lubricate the inside of the egg with vegetable oil or treat with non-stick spray. This is necessary in order that the jelly does not stick to the mold.
Collect the plastic eggs and place them on the cardboard tray from the eggs. If it does not exist, you will be served ordinary cups or glasses. It is important that the eggs stand upright, because their position will affect the future pattern of jelly.
If you use instant jelly, then just follow the instructions for cooking on the package. Otherwise - prepare the jelly yourself. It's very simple - dilute the gelatin according to the instructions on the package, add sugar, and berry or fruit juice.
Use a separate dish for each color.
Type the jelly of one color in the syringe and pour a little into the drilled hole of each of the shapes.
Put the eggs with the jelly in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to allow the layer to freeze slightly.
Take the forms from the refrigerator and fill the next layer of jelly of a different color. Send it back to the refrigerator again so that the next layer is frozen. Repeat these steps until the egg is completely filled, and all the layers are frozen.
