Who likes potatoes? We will not speak for everyone, but I definitely adore her. Today we want to share a simple recipe based on potatoes: potatoes stuffed with chicken. The good news is that this recipe does not require anything that can be difficult to buy. Moreover, all the ingredients are often already in any refrigerator. Well, to prepare this dish, special skills are not required, except to be able to pick out.
- Large potatoes of 15-18 tubers;
- Chicken breast - 1 pcs .;
- Hard cheese - 50 gr .;
- 1 large onion;
- 1 average carrot;
- Fatty sour cream - 300 gr .;
- Tea spoon.
First, peel the potatoes and put it to boil. You need to cook until half cooked.
Semi-preparedness is such a mythical state of potatoes when it is cooked in half. When this happens it is very difficult to catch, so you can cook until the toothpick is almost free to pass through the potato.
While the potatoes are boiled, finely chop the onions and grate the carrots on a large grater.
Fry the onion for a few minutes in sunflower oil, and then add a shabby carrot and hold for a few more minutes.
Finely chopped chicken breast, add to the vegetable mixture and fry it all for another 2-3 minutes.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, and then leave to stew for 5-7 minutes.
It's time to go back to the potatoes, and this is the most unpleasant part. In each potato it is necessary to dig out the cavity with a teaspoon. This can sound simple, but in practice it is not. If you are lucky, all the potatoes will remain intact.
Once this stage is completed - we can say that 90% of the case is done. Now fill each potato with stuffing and top with cheese.
If the potato refuses to stand, then you can cut the bottom a little.
Next, send and already almost ready potatoes in the oven at a temperature of 180S for 20 - 30 minutes. The main thing is that during the stay in the oven the potato is completely ready.
That's all, the dish is ready. It can be served with a salad, because like and garnish and meat already immediately present.
