What did we all (or almost all) like in our childhood? Naturally sweet. And if these sweets reminded something less banal than a cake or a pirozhenka - fortunately there was no limit. The basis for today's recipe will serve as cupcakes. Their recipes are huge. We chose quite simple and delicious. But you can experiment with others.


  • 1 and 1 / 4 cups of flour;
  • 1 / 2 Particles of baking powder;
  • 1 / 4 tsp of soda;
  • 1 / 4 salt;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 yolk;
  • 1 cup (240 g.) Of sugar;
  • 1 / 2 cups (125 ml.) Of vegetable oil;
  • 1 a slice of vanilla extract (or sugar);
  • 1 / 2 cups (125 g.) Sour cream;
  • A little 99% cocoa powder.



Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. The oven should be heated at least 15 minutes before baking. Sift the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa powder into one bowl. Further, postpone this and leave your time to wait.


Whisk the egg, yolk and sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous. The mixture should become denser and get a cream color. Beat thoroughly - this will make the dough lighter and more airy.

When the whipping is finished, add butter, vanilla extract and sour cream. Then continue to beat until a uniform color is obtained. Mix the dry mixture in small portions and get a soft enough dough.


Next you need a form for cupcakes and paper wrappers. All this can be bought in almost any supermarket.


Fill the paper wrappers with the test on 2 / 3 and paste into the mold. Then send it to the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Baking time depends on the individual characteristics of the oven.


Ready kapekeyki need to cool down properly.

We decorate the cupcake

While the capcas are cooled, let's start decorating. For this we need:

  • Chocolate paste (eg Nutella);
  • Round biscuits with a core (the diameter should match the size of your cupcakes);
  • M & Ms for the eyes and beak.


Cookies must be divided in half. If the halves are badly separated and the cream does not remain on one of the halves - try to cool the cookies in the refrigerator.


Cool the capkake thoroughly with chocolate paste. You do not need to regret it, since this paste will serve as a "glue" for the rest of the details.

On the halves of cookies with cream, put M & Ms, put the impromptu eyes on the cake and finish the image with a beak of yellow or orange color. For persuasiveness, you can also add eyebrows.



Keksiki turned out very tasty and funny. And do not say that this can be cooked only for children. I am sure that adults will also appreciate the original look of such a treat. In the end, we are all a bit of children.
