Classic Caesar salad

  • Half a glass of olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil);
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp .;
  • Mustard - 1 tea;
  • A pair of cloves of garlic (who loves to take 3 more sharply); Squeeze out in garlic.
  • Parmesan (or any hard cheese) - gram 30-40 (or rather how much it is not a pity);
  • Lime juice (can be lemon) - 2 tbsp.
  • Вустерский соус (опционально, на любителя) XCHARX 2 ст. л.
