- Honey - 2 tbsp .;
- Mustard - 1 tea;
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp .;
- The root of ginger is 1 tea;
- Juice of 1 / 2 lemon;
All the ingredients (honey, mustard, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice and sesame) are mixed and poured with the marinade steak. We leave it for about an hour.
After an hour we lay the dish for baking with foil, put a steak on it and wrap it. Bake the steak at a temperature of 180 ° C 20 minutes, then 20 minutes in the open. From above you can put slices of lemon or sprinkle with fried sesame seeds. Or both that and another together.
