Muffins with raisins and winter cookies

Sweets are not only sweets and chocolate, but also children's dreams, kisses of loved ones and life, to which we aspire .... And to bring this "sweet life" closer, I decided to combine all the sweet things I can afford. Therefore, I decided to deserve sweet kisses of gratitude for the delicious, which prepared with all my heart all weekend. I like to bring joy to my relatives, to see how they happily participate in my experiments and objectively evaluate my "ups and downs".

Today I want to share with you recipes for muffins with raisins and winter cookies. While the winter has not said goodbye to us, let's a little more pamper ourselves with high-calorie pastries!

To prepare muffins we need:

  • A handful of raisins
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • Baking powder
  • Vanillin
  • 8 tablespoons cream 10%

Instructions for cooking:

  1. Soak the raisins in hot water for 10 min
  2. Eggs beat up with sugar, add softened butter. Beat well, add baking powder and vanillin.
  3. Add flour, cream, raisins. Stir well. The dough should be a consistency of thick sour cream.
  4. Put the dough into cooked muffin molds and send it to the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Well, now our winter cookies. To prepare them you will need:

  • 200 gr of softened butter
  • 1,5 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • Ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper
  • 1,5 glass of oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons ground walnuts

So, he starts the cooking process.

  1. We rub the butter and sugar thoroughly with a mixer, until the mass has turned white. Then add the cream and eggs, whilst continuing to beat.
  2. Mix the flour with a small amount of spice (depends on your taste preferences) and add it to the egg-cream mixture and gently mix it with a tablespoon.
  3. Add the oatmeal and nuts to the finished mixture. Once again, we mix it thoroughly - the dough is ready!
  4. We leave it to "rest" in the refrigerator while heating the oven to 180˚C, we cover the baking sheet with baking paper. We form balls from the dough and flatten them slightly in the palm of your hand. In the center of the biscuit, you can put raisins, nuts or cloves. Bake 15 minutes until the cookies turn rosy.
