Morning of the day off. We need to make breakfast. Of course, you can resort to traditional cinematic clichés and make pancakes with jam or fried eggs. But if you want something easy both in terms of food, and in terms of cooking, a salad with mozzarella balls and egg poached is excellent for this case. There will not be unimaginable combinations of products and culinary innovations. But, if you want a quick and delicious salad - this is just what you need.
- Leaves of your favorite salad (you can take a ready mix);
- Cherry tomatoes;
- A couple of slices of cucumber;
- Mini balls of mozzarella;
- A little lemon juice;
- Spices to taste;
- Egg poached.
We know that all this is done in different ways. The following method brought 4 successful results from 4, and from the first time.
Take a small saucepan, pour water about 8-10 cm (if the pan is small, then it's somewhere 1-1,2 L of water). Bring the water to a near boil. No need to let the water gurgle.
Add 3 tablespoons of normal vinegar.
And now the most interesting. Spoon the water on the clockwise arrow to get a funnel in the middle. Pour into this funnel egg (the main thing is not to break the integrity of the yolk).
The vortex will do everything for you and collect the egg in a heap. Cook 4 minutes, no longer necessary, but then cook thoroughly.
Take the egg and dip it with a paper towel. Done.
Let's collect the salad:
Take the leaves of the salad (look great multicolored) and lay them in the form of a small hill.
Put cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices on lettuce leaves. In principle, you can add other vegetables that you like (pepper, radish).
Add the mozzarella balls. You can buy 1 a large ball and cut it into pieces. By the way, you only need to store mozzarella balls in the liquid in which it was sold.
Salad pour a mixture of sunflower (olive) oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. When preparing the dressing, try it on the palate so as not to overdo it with the lemon. Since all taste different, there is no universal recipe. In this recipe, take 1 teaspoon of juice on 3 tablespoons of oil.
Place the poached egg on top and lightly refill with a dressing. The salad is ready and you can start breakfast. All cooking will take no more than 10 minutes, so this salad can be called an option for lazy ones.
