Ingredients for the dough
- 3 protein;
- 100 gr. powdered sugar;
- 100 gr. flour;
- 50 gr. melted butter.
With the help of a mixer, whisk the proteins to a dense mass, gradually mixing the powdered sugar. Then (without turning off the mixer) add flour slowly. At the end of whipping, add melted butter.
Finish the dough cover the food film and leave for 30 minutes to brew. After the dough is ready, cover the pan with parchment paper and spread the dough in the form of a thin "flower". It's okay if beautiful petals do not work out.
Send the flower to the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for about 10 minutes. Take out then the dough when the edges begin to turn golden brown.
Next, you will need 2 simple tools, namely: a bowl and a dough for the dough (you can replace it with a glass).
Take the dough out of the oven and quickly put it in the bowl, while pressing down on the mold.
