If you want something easy, but at the same time satisfying - try to prepare a salad with shrimps and bacon. It will be very tasty. It should be noted right away that the ingredients will require a lot, but it's worth it.
- Lettuce leaves;
- Cherry tomatoes;
- Shrimp (6 large per serving);
- Bacon (raw smoked bacon);
- Juice half a lemon;
- A little Dijon mustard;
- Olive oil.
First of all, peel the shrimp. Lesson is not pleasant, but what can you do.
Place the peeled shrimp in a frying pan and fry on both sides until cooked. Readiness is when they become ruddy. Approximately minutes on 2-3 on each side on average fire.
Do the same with a thinly sliced brisket. By the way, in order to thinly cut the brisket, it must first be put in the freezer and frosted to a semi-hardness.
In oil, which is left from the bacon, you can lightly fry corn.
If you have a grater for a Korean carrot, you're in luck. If not - you have to tinker. In general, carrots must be cut into strips.
Everything, now you can start to collect the salad.
Mix the torn leaves of lettuce and rukkola, sprinkle with carrots. Put the prawns and slices of bacon up. At the edges, decorate the cut cherry tomatoes.
