Salad with pickled ginger. The recipe with the photo.
The taste of ginger is impossible with anything to confuse. The root of this plant has a sharp-sweet, tonic and invigorating taste and smell. And what about him, in fact, do? It's just so boring to eat. Therefore, today we are preparing a salad with pickled ginger.
Ingredients for the filling
- peanut butter (can be replaced with vegetable) - 60 ml;
- rice vinegar - 60 ml;
- soy sauce - 2 tsp;
- ground ginger - 1 tsp;
- onion - 1 pcs .;
- honey - 2 tsp;
- mustard - 0.5 tsp;
- red pepper - to taste.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a blender. That's all, the gas station is ready.
In the beginning, you may think that dressing is too vinegar - do not worry, as soon as it gets into the salad, it will give it a piquant taste. Although, if you are not a fan of vinegar, you can slightly change the proportions.
Ingredients for salad (3-4 servings)
- onion - 1 pcs .;
- chicken breast - 2 pcs. (per 4 portion);
- marinated ginger - 5 tbsp. (approximately);
- cilantro - 1 bun;
- lettuce - 1 pcs. (about 12 sheets per 3-4 portion).
Chicken breast salt and fry a couple of minutes in a pan (preferably in a pan-grill, if you have one), and then put it all in the oven for X minutes on 20 (to be honest, you can do and just frying).
At this time, cut the onions into half rings and chop the cilantro.
Ready chicken cut into slices and pour sauce on 5 minutes.
Lay a mixture of lettuce and onions on a plate, put the slices of the scraped chicken on top, slices of pickled ginger and lightly sprinkle with cilantro. Top with a dressing.
To decorate, sprinkle a salad with fried sesame seeds (fry literally a minute in a pan without oil).
Salad is delicious, it reminds something Chinese, as far as it is certainly possible. However, this salad would have been better if you exclude both ground and pickled ginger from it. In general, the recipe is good. After all, the main thing is for the customer to be satisfied. 🙂
