Ingredients

Whisk yolks with white and brown sugar. White sugar, take not all, but somewhere 2 / 3. Beat strongly enough, it will affect the splendor of the cake. Whisk the whites until foam, then add the remaining white sugar and continue whisking until done. We advise you to use a mixer for this, since it is simply unrealistic to whip the proteins to the ideal state with your hands.

By this time chocolate and butter will be melted, they will be at room temperature. Slowly mix the yolks with the chocolate mass.

Then slowly add the whipped whites and mix thoroughly. At the end, add flour and mix again.

Cake put in the oven at a temperature of 190C minutes on 30-45. The readiness test is carried out in 2,5 cm from the edge of the cake - there the toothpick test should be dry, but in the center the cake will remain slightly damp.
