Pork is a meat favorite. It is very tasty and at the same time much easier to handle than, say, beef. Pork with orange sauce is something that even in a restaurant is not always met, so cooking this dish is doubly more interesting. The unusual taste of pork, orange and ginger should be much to taste. For this, the dish will have to be patience, since the meat needs to be marinated. Nevertheless, the list of ingredients is quite short.
- Pork (for chops);
- White dry wine - 150ml;
- Jam or orange jam - 180 gr .;
- Vegetable oil - 2;
- The root of ginger is 1 cm;
- Orange - 1 pcs.
First, cut the meat into several portions and cut them off.
Pour each escalope well with salt and while laying aside.
It's time to make a marinade. For the marinade, mix the whisk with wine and jam or jam, add butter and mix again thoroughly. Root the ginger on a fine grater, add it to the marinade and mix again.
Lay the escalopes in non-metallic dishes, pour the marinade and turn over several times, so that the meat is evenly soaked. Cover the dishes with food wrap and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours. After 3 hours, get the escalopes from the marinade and dry them with a paper towel.
Fry the meat in a frying pan until it is ready. The remaining marinade is poured into a saucepan, bring to a boil and keep on the fire for 3-5 minutes. Place the meat on a plate and pour hot sauce over it.
Boil the cauliflower.
And decorate with fresh orange and greens.
As a result, the dish should be very effective.
Despite the fact that I do not really like ginger, I liked this kind of meat. I especially liked the combination of pork with oranges. It seems to me that you can basically not add ginger and enjoy pure orange sauce.
