Casserole from vegetables with champignons. The recipe with the photo.
Vegetable casserole - delicious dinner, the aroma of which, and invites to the kitchen for a meal! Such dishes can be made in a variety of ways. Today's recipe for casserole is suitable for potato lovers. Let's try the recipe for a motley vegetable casserole.
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 3 large potatoes;
- 1 bulb;
- olive oil (can be sunflower);
- a handful of small champignons (you can take large and chop, but small look appetizing);
- several cherry tomatoes (8 pieces);
- 2 eggs;
- a couple of slices of ham;
- to decorate any greens (eg dill and onions).
First, peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. So it will be faster to bake in the oven. Cut the onions finely.
Mix the onions and potatoes in the form, pour well with oil and salt to taste. Then send it to the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200С.
While the potatoes are being cooked, wash the champignons and cut the large ones into halves. If the champignons are initially small, then it is not necessary to cut it.
Ham grind on a large grater and set aside. You can also cut the greens, once there is time.
25 minutes have passed. Remove the potatoes from the oven and add mushrooms to it. Stir thoroughly and put the form back in the oven for 30 minutes. Since all the ovens are different, the time can vary. At this stage, it is important that the potatoes are fully welded.
After the potatoes are ready, get out the shape and make 2 small "glades" at the edges. In them, hammer in the egg. Also add the tomatoes and again put in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the eggs thicken.
Take out the prepared dish and sprinkle it first with a ham, and then finely chopped greens. Ready to put the dish for another couple of minutes in the oven, so that the ham also warmed up.
Until then, until I sprinkled all the ham and greens, it seemed to me that it would not work out beautifully. But bright tomatoes, ham and dill did their thing on 5 points. The main thing is to make sure that the potatoes are completely ready. If things are moving slowly - you can always cut the pieces in half.
